Primary Responsibilities:

Company/group responsibilities :

• Project management and client contact point for all project career scopes associated with NOV: promotions and other internal projects.
• Follow standard operating processes, policies, and procedures from a global operations perspective.
• Responsible for all project planning activities including scoping and creation of a project implementation plan
• (PEP) and document collection.
• Create and document required project scopes of career such as quotations, offers, purchase orders and change orders as required during the life of the project.
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders for parts and services for internal and external qualifications.
• Responsible for project implementation including scope implementation and project certification.
• Building and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling projects which includes risk management, change management, progress management, reporting and project closure.
• Maximizing financial results by monitoring/reporting all activities to ensure cost accuracy
• Maintain awareness of critical path activities affecting client sensitive project deadlines; Build contingency plans and implement recovery plans.
• Responsible for project closing including billing, deliveries and post-action reviews.
• Perform other career as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV and HSE policies and procedures.

Experience/Education Required:

Necessary:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
• Management or equivalent combination of education and project management experience.
• 3+ years in a project management role.
• Experience in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, pressure control and/or lifting and handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of PMI principles and methodology.
• Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Project,
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English
