Duties:

Shop operation:

Will be responsible for efficient operations to maximize revenue and minimize their expenses.
Resolve issues as they arise and make regulatory-level business decisions.
Simplify/improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve more efficient use of man hours and control their implementation, knowledge and use across all branches.
Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures in coordination with relevant departments and stores.
Control monthly inventory verification and accuracy in stores.
Lead loss/risk prevention in branches, in coordination with the respective departments.
Request to visit service providers or technicians (internet, own maintenance, IT etc.).
Control maintenance schedule for equipment and increase repair tickets for maintenance technicians.
Get involved in reviewing new concepts and opening new stores.
Retail & Marketing:

Look for ways to improve existing store distribution channels, e.g. B. Walk-in customers, aggregators, social media.
Identify and implement new efficient sales channels, segments and products.
Propose and, if approved, launch new in-store and digital offerings, new products where required, other marketing activities to meet client happiness and revenue growth goals.
Assist in aligning with marketing agencies, freelancers and photographers to achieve sales goals.
Make and implement recommendations to increase brand equity and sales.
Plan and conduct training to improve retail sales skills and techniques, as well as product knowledge.
Take responsibility for all retail store improvements.
Conducting market feasibility studies and formulating business proposals and/or plans.

Sale of existing branches.
Growth in net profit of existing stores.
REQUIREMENT:

Experience in a similar field and in a similar position for 3 years
Experience in the hospitality/food industry of 3 years
Good English communication skills
Computer skills.
Preferred Russian speaker
Job types: full-time, permanent

Salary: AED5,500.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
