– The kitchen and service staff assist as needed to maintain the greatest level of food possible, presentation and timing to improve the dining experience for guests.
– Receive and maintain client orders in a timely manner.
– Ensures stock of silver and crockery is properly stored and monitored and inspected prior to service
Ensures that the table display is maintained correctly according to specific standards of the restaurant.
Assists waiters as needed before and during service while performing closing duties as required.
Maintain fault station in place and ensure it is properly set up and cleaned at all times.
supply friendly and excellent client service and food and drink to guests at all times.
Provides a strong link between the kitchen and service areas
Communicate clearly, professionally and accurately with both clients and the ward team
– Responds to customers’ requests promptly and manages their expectations accordingly
